International Hotel Casino & Tower Suites Golden Sands, Golden Sands

The hotel surprised me with an upgrade offering a room with a balcony on the 17th floor which was clean, spacious, and air-conditioned, perfect for a family of five. The facilities were all up to the standards of a 5-star hotel, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, some staff members, like the front desk girl, seemed a bit upset and demonstrated a less welcoming attitude at times.

I spent some time on the balcony enjoying the view, and overall, the hotel offers large, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, a large TV, and even a minibar and espresso bar. The stunning balcony view is definitely a highlight, but it might be a bit isolated, particularly outside summer. The service was top-notch, with a positive attitude towards finding solutions, kept everything spotless from the drinks bar to room service, and also offered nice extras like car hire and valet parking. The central location is awesome, near the beach and some great sights.

The hotel rooms were large and beautifully decorated, albeit a bit outdated and not so functional. They were really big and clean with perfect beds, but there was some vibration from outside sounds. The service was generally great and very helpful, although there was an unfortunate incident where the staff was rude to my partner. The location was excellent, just 2 minutes from the beach, warm, and with a lovely outdoor pool and bar. The facilities were wonderful, offering tasty snacks and excellent spa services.
